摘　　要：目的:建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定消炎止痛膏巴布膏剂中咖啡酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,应用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,柱温:45℃,样品室温度:4℃,进样体积:2μl,流动相:0.1%甲酸水(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱,流速:0.3 ml/min,检测波长:320 nm。结果:咖啡酸在0~70μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),加样平均回收率为88.04%,RSD值为2.95%。结论:本方法专属性强,操作简单,检测结果准确,可以为消炎止痛膏巴布膏剂的质量控制提供参考。Objective:To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for the determina tion of caffeic acid in Xiaoyan Zhitong ointment cataplasm.Methods:The content of caffeic acid was determined by UPLC.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)chromatographic column;column temperature:45 ℃;sample chamber temperature:4 ℃;injection volume:2 μl;mobile phase:elute with 0.1%formic acid water(A)-acetonitrile(B)gradient,flow rate:0.3 ml/min;detection wavelength:320 nm.Results:The linear relationship of caffeic acid was good within the concentration range of 0 ~ 70 μg/ml(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was88.04%,and the RSD was 2.95%.Conclusion:The method has strong specificity,simple operation,and accurate detection results.It can provide a reference for the quality control of Xiaoyan Zhitong ointment cataplasm.
