摘　　要：农民集中居住政策基于地区差异性带来的复杂社会影响而处于持续修订和演变进程之中。采用量化内容分析方法,以2004—2021年间国家及地方政府出台的326份农民集中居住政策文献为数据研究样本,在对政策强度及政策数量分析基础上进行了政策的阶段划分,进而对各阶段政策态度变化、政策主题构成和政策区域分布进行了深入研究探讨,最终在政策演变规律分析总结的基础上形成了对政策过程和政策内容的本质性概括和总体性认识。Based on the complex social influence brought by regional differences,the policy of farmer′centralized residence is in the process of continuous revision and evolution.Using quantitative content analysis method,this paper takes 326 documents on farmers′centralized residence policies issued by national and local governments from 2004 to 2021 as data research samples,divides policies into stages based on the analysis of policy intensity and policy quantity,then conducts in-depth research and discussion on policy attitude changes,policy theme composition and policy regional distribution in each stage.Finally,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the law of policy evolution,the essential generalization and general understanding of policy process and policy content are formed.
