数字化背景下高校校友档案管理策略研究

摘　　要：当前,由数字化发展引领的新一轮科技革命和产业变革方兴未艾。在移动互联网、大数据、超级计算、传感网等新理论新技术驱动下,数字化发展正在深刻地改变传统的档案管理的模式。一方面,数字化技术通过改变移动应用程序和整个业务结构,助推校友档案管理质量达到了更高的高度。另一方面,数字化发展有助于提升校友档案管理工作效率,数字化的普及促进了政府、企业、高校等开展档案管理工作的发展。因此,研究数字化背景下高校校友档案管理工作的发展策略将对高校校友档案管理工作乃至经济发展、社会进步等方面产生重大而深远的影响。At present,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform led by digital development is in the ascendant.Driven by new theories and technologies such as mobile Internet,big data,supercomputing and sensor network,digital development is profoundly changing the traditional mode of archives management.On the one hand,digitization promotes the quality of archives management to a higher level by changing mobile applications and the whole business structure.On the other hand,the development of digitization helps to improve the efficiency of archives management.The popularization of digitization promotes the development of archives management in enterprises and universities.Therefore,the research on the development strategy of College Alumni archives management under the digital background will have a significant and far-reaching impact on College Alumni archives management,as well as economic development,social progress and so on.
