摘 要:战略性新兴产业是构建新发展格局、实现高质量发展的核心力量,人才是战略性新兴产业赖以发展的第一资源,必须要注重战略性新兴产业相关专业人才培养。当前,高校普遍加强了战略性新兴产业相关专业的布局和建设。师资队伍是制约地方高校战略性新兴产业相关专业人才培养高水平发展的重要因素。本文坚持问题导向、目标导向,分析战略性新兴产业相关专业师资队伍建设存在的问题、专业建设所需要的教师能力素质,进而寻找地方高校战略性新兴产业相关专业师资队伍建设的路径。Strategic emerging industries are the core force for building a new development pattern and achieving high-quality development.Talents are the first resource for the development of strategic emerging industries.Attention must be paid to the training of professionals related to strategic new industries.At present,colleges and universities have generally strengthened the layout and construction of majors related to strategic emerging industries.The teaching staff is an important factor restricting the high-level development of talents training related to strategic emerging industries in local colleges and universities.Adhering to the problem orientation and goal orientation,this paper attempts to analyze the problems existing in the construction of professional teachers related to strategic emerging industries and the teachers'ability and quality required by professional construction,and then find the path of the construction of professional teachers related to strategic emerging industries in local colleges and universities.
