补血益母丸对恶露不净患者中医证候积分及子宫复旧的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析恶露不净患者应用补血益母丸治疗的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2018年8月至2021年10月收治于德兴市中医院的96例恶露不净患者分为两组,各48例。对照组使用缩宫素+头孢拉定胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补血益母丸治疗。对两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、子宫复旧情况、血常规、血性恶露持续时间及不良反应进行评估。结果:连续治疗7d后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,小腹疼痛、产后恶露、舌象、脉象积分及子宫三径之和、血性恶露持续低于对照组,红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:恶露不净患者应用补血益母丸治疗具有良好的安全性,可有效缓解临床症状,促进血性恶露持续时间缩短,促进子宫复旧,疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the effect of buxue yimu pills on prolonged lochiorrhea.Methods:96 patients with persistent prolonged lochiorrhea treated in Dexing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated byoxytocin + cefradine capsules,and the observation group was treated with buxue yimu pills.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,uterine involution,duration of bloody lochia and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After continuous treatment for 7 days,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of abdominal pain,prolonged lochiorrhea,tongue and pulse,the sum of three uterine diameters and bloody lochia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of prolonged lochiorrhea patients with buxue yimu pills has good safety,can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,shorten the duration of bloody lochia,and promote uterine involution,and the curative effect is reliable.
