摘  要:为进一步提升火电机组运行灵活性,直流炉机组将调峰负荷下限逐渐拓宽至湿态运行,直流炉机组湿态稳定运行模式成为新的研究方向。以直流炉机组湿态运行过程为研究对象,分析了机组运行工艺流程和实际运行数据,提出了湿态运行机组的协调控制结构。利用机理分析和数据双向驱动的复合建模方法建立了湿态运行机组的简化控制模型,经过检验,模型输出与实际数据的机组功率和主蒸汽压力的相对偏差分别为2.85%和1.87%。在对调节特性研究的基础上,设计了基于直接能量平衡的湿态运行协调控制策略,仿真结果表明,该控制策略能够完成湿态运行过程的控制任务。In order to improve the operation flexibility of thermal power units further, the lower limit of load peak shaving for once-through boiler unit is gradually widened to the working condition of wet operation. The wet stable operation mode of once-through boiler unit becomes new research direction.Taking the wet operation process of once-through boiler unit as the research object, the technical flow process of unit operation and actual operation data are analyzed, and the coordinated control system structure of wet operation unit is proposed. Then, the simplified control model of wet operation unit is established by using the compound modeling method of mechanism analysis and data two-way drive. Through model verification, the relative deviations of unit power and main steam pressure between the model output and the actual data are 2.85% and 1.87% respectively. Based on the above research on the regulation characteristics of the object, a wet operation coordinated control strategy based on direct energy balance is designed. The simulation results show that the control strategy can complete the control task of wet operation process.
