摘  要:为降低对置式机动往复泵流量脉动率,根据对置式机动往复泵的结构特点和工作原理,建立瞬时流量数学模型和仿真模型,探究不同结构参数对流量脉动的影响。研究表明:该类泵流量脉动周期受柱塞对数m影响,柱塞对数m为奇数时流量脉动较低,m越大脉动越小;曲柄错角在180°和360°均布时,流量脉动最小;连杆比对流量脉动没有影响。该研究为该类泵的优化设计提供了理论基础。For the purpose of reduce flow pulsation rate of opposed power reciprocating pump,according to structural characteristics and working principle of opposed power reciprocating pump,a mathematical model and simulation model of instantaneous flow are established to explore the effect of different structural parameters on flow pulsation.The results show that the flow pulsation cycle of this type pump is affected by the opposed plunger number called m.When m is an odd number,the flow pulsation is lower,and the larger the m,the smaller the pulsation;when the crankshaft row angle is evenly distributed at 180°and 360°,the flow pulsation minimal;crank-link ratio has no effect on flow pulsation.This research provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of this type pump.
