摘  要:在我国进入社会主义新时代的历史语境下,无论是经济还是社会发展都迈入了一个全新的历史时期。经济高速高质量发展离不开大量人才的支撑,人才可以为经济社会发展提供助力,提供的人力资源可以为我国经济强国建成提供重要支持。校地人才共享是解决我国人才资源匮乏,提升人才利用效率的重要途径。对校地人才共享内涵剖析基础上,深入分析目前我国校地人才共享所存在的问题,并针对相关问题提出解决之道,为全面提升校地人才共享服务提供发展策略。In the context of socialism entering a new era,China has entered a new historical period,both economic and social development.The rapid and high-quality development of economy cannot be separated from the participation of a large number of talents,and talents can provide important intellectual support for the economic and social development of our country,supporting human resources support can provide a strong impetus for the economic and social development of our country.The sharing of talents in school and land is an important idea and way to solve the shortage of talent resources and improve the efficiency of talent utilization.This paper will analyze the problems of the talent sharing in our country on the basis of the analysis of the connotation of the talent sharing in the school and the land,and put forward the solutions to these problems and put forward the strategies for the development of the talents sharing in the school and the land.
