某高层居住建筑中不同遮阳措施效果探讨

摘　　要：目前遮阳措施在节能建筑设计中的比重越来越大,而且节能规范对遮阳的要求也越加严格。但对于居住建筑尤其是高层居住建筑来说,常规的遮阳方式已经不能满足设计师对于立面设计的多样化需求。以重庆某高层居住建筑为例,在该建筑的不同区域有针对性地应用了4种遮阳技术,在典型夏季日分别对其遮阳效果及舒适度进行测试,并在交付后对遮阳的使用情况进行调研评估,得出各种遮阳措施的实际遮阳效果和使用评价。结果表明,遮阳装置对业主生活质量的改善得到肯定,绿化遮阳、活动遮阳屏可以有效改善舒适度,固定遮阳可以有效减少辐射量,业主对金属卷帘的认可度最高。Nowaday the proportion of shading in the energy-saving design is increasing,and the requirements for shading in energy-saving standards are becoming more and more strict.However,for residential buildings,especially high-rise residential build-ings the conventional shading methods can no longer meet the designer's demand for the diversity of facade design.This paper takes a high-rise residential building in Chongqing as an example,which applies four kinds of shading methods in different areas.The shading effect and comfort are tested on a typical summer day.And after hand over,the actual shading effect and use evalua-tion of various shading measures are obtained through investigation and evaluation.The result shows that the quality of life of the owner is improved by the shading measures.The green shading and movable shading screen can effectively improve the comfort,the fixed shading can effectively reduce the solar radiation,and the owner has the highest recognition for the metal roller blinds.
