摘　　要：近年来国内装配式建筑得到快速发展,同时装配式建筑构件厂(PC工厂)也形成了一定的行业规模。简述了装配式建筑构件的生产工艺,对生产要素进行了剖析。就目前国内主流的构件生产模式进行了总结归纳,为PC工厂的生产线设计提供参考。同时,以典型的生产规模为案例,总结并梳理了现有装配式建筑构件生产线的工艺水平及技术要点,在此基础上进行了产能测算,形成了一些供参考的数据。In recent years,the prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly in China,and the prefabricated building component factory(PC factory)has also formed a certain industry scale.This paper briefly introduces the production process of prefabricated building components,and analyzes the production factors.This paper summarizes the current domestic mainstream component production mode,and provides reference suggestions for the production line design of PC factory.At the same time,taking the typical production scale as a case,the process level and technical points of the existing prefabricated building component production line are summarized and sorted out,and on this basis,the production capacity is calculated,and some reference data are formed.
