发泡陶瓷墙板在装配式混凝土建筑外墙的应用技术研究

摘　　要：发泡陶瓷墙板是轻质墙板的一种,其质量轻、防水性能好,并且具有保温隔热、防火阻燃,施工简单等特性,是综合性能优良的新型环保墙板。目前发泡陶瓷墙板还只应用于非承重内隔墙。分别对发泡陶瓷墙板进行撞击、拉拔、防水、风荷载试验研究,测试结果均符合相关规范要求,并通过实际项目应用,验证了发泡陶瓷墙板应用于装配式混凝土建筑非承重外墙具有可行性。Cellular ceramic wallboard is a kind of lightweight wallboard,with characteristics of light quality,excellent water-proof performance,thermal insulation,fire-retardant,and simple construction.It's a new type of environmentally friendly wallboard with superior comprehensive performance.At present,it is only used for non-load-bearing internal partition walls.In this research,the cellular ceramic wallboard was tested by impact,drawing,waterproof and wind load,and the test data obtained met the require-ments of the corresponding specifications.Through the actual project application,the cellular ceramic wallboard can be applied to the non-load-bearing exterior walls of prefabricated concrete buildings.
