摘　　要：针对合村并组后农村体育公共服务治理存在的内需未得满足与外力制约自治等治理困境,探讨以自治单元下沉促使农民开展体育公共服务自治的可行性。运用文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法等,剖析了合村并组后自治单元过大对农村体育公共服务的影响,并从两方面探讨了自治单元下沉作为农村体育公共服务治理路径的可行性。在此基础上,进一步探究了制约自治单元下沉实施的“人”“财”“制”三因素,并针对性地提出发挥人才优势、拓展资金来源、健全机制体系等治理路径的优化策略。In view of the unmet internal needs and external constraints to autonomy in the governance of rural sports public services after the merging of villages and groups,the feasibility of promoting farmers'autonomy in sports public services by sinking the autonomy unit is explored.By using the methods of literature,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the influence of too large autonomous units on rural sports public service after merging villages.It also discusses the feasibility of the sinking of autonomous units as the governance path of rural sports public services from two aspects.On this basis,this paper further explores into the three factors of talents,funds and system that restrict the sinking and implementation of autonomous units,it also puts forward some optimization strategies such as giving full play to the advantages of talents,expanding the source of funds,perfecting the mechanism system.
