摘　　要：退役军人是国家的重要财富,如何让退役军人更好的再就业,职业教育是最为主要的方式。以高职百万扩招背景下军招的学情分析为切入点,通过对扩招学生开展线上问卷调查,获取可靠信息和采样支撑,基于学情分析数据和结论,提出了教学目标标准不降、教学内容体现职业导向、教学形式创新灵活、学生管理归类分层、成果认定科学严谨等具体军招教学管理措施。Based on the academic situation analysis of the ex-soldiers enrollment under the background of the million enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges,an online questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain reliable information and sampling support.Based on the data and conclusions of the analysis of the acaemic situation of the retired soldiers in the expanded enrollment of higher vocational colleges,specific ex-soldiers enrollment teaching management measures are proposed,such as equivalent teaching objectives and standards,the teaching content reflecting vocational orientation,the innovative and flexible teaching forms,the classification and stratification of student management,and the scientific and rigorous recognition of achievements.
