摘  要:随着聚能管等聚能装置的应用,聚能爆破定向断裂技术得以迅速发展。在淮河能源股份有限公司张集矿矸石转载胶带机巷、联络巷等巷道试用聚能爆破技术。试验表明,与常规光面爆破相比,每循环缩短工时4~5小时,进尺增加0.3 m,雷管、炸药费用合计节省500元,巷道爆破面光滑平整,减小围岩扰动,保证围岩的自承稳定能力,有效地提升了安全作业系数。With the wide application of energy-gathering devices such as energy-gathering tubes,the directional fracture technology of energy-gathering blasting has been greatly applied.The energy gathering blasting technology was used in many roadways such as belt conveyor roadway and contact roadway in Zhangji Coal Mine of Huaihe Energy Co.,Ltd.The test results show that compared with the conventional smooth blasting,the working time of each cycle is shortened by 4-5 hours,the footage is increased by 0.3 m,the cost of detonators and explosives is saved by 500 yuan,the roadway blasting surface is flat and smooth,the disturbance of surrounding rock is reduced,the self-supporting stability of surrounding rock is ensured,and the safety operation coefficient is effectively improved.
