摘　　要：目的 探讨临床在针对胃癌癌前病变实施诊断时运用醋酸-靛胭脂复合染色诊断方案价值。方法 抽取济宁医学院附属金乡县人民医院2020年6月—2021年6月经胃镜检查胃黏膜异常的100例患者,随机施以分组,观察组50例运用醋酸-靛胭脂作染色处理后取组织病检,对照组50例为直接取组织病检,对观察组作染色处理后胃黏膜染色情况进行观测,同时对比两组胃癌癌前病变检出率。结果 观察组经病理学检查,胃癌、癌前病变检出率明显高于对照组,其中,观察组胃癌为8例,胃癌前病变为32例,对照组分别为1例,15例,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396、11.602,P<0.05)。结论 针对临床收治的经胃镜检查胃黏膜异常患者应用醋酸-靛胭脂复合染色法实施诊断,相较直接病检,可有效提高胃癌癌前病变检出率。Objective To explore the clinical value of using acetic acid-indigo carmine composite staining in the diagnosis of gastric precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with abnormal gastric mucosa during gastroscopy in Jinxiang People’s Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical College from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into groups.50 cases in the observation group were treated with acetic acid-indigo carmine for histopathological examination.50 cases in the control group were taken directly for pathological examination,and the staining of gastric mucosa in the observation group after staining was observed.At the same time,the detection rates of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were compared between the two groups.Results After pathological examination,the detection rate of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Among them,there were 8 cases of gastric cancer in the observation group,32 cases of precancerous lesions in the control group,and 1 case and 15 cases in the control group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,11.602,P<0.05).Conclusion For clinically treated patients with abnormal gastric mucosa examined by gastroscopy,the acetic acid-indigo carmine composite staining method is used for diagnosis.Compared with direct pathological examination,it can effectively improve the detection rate of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.
