摘 要:吸声材料作为一种可以有效吸收入射声能、降低噪声传输的材料,被广泛应用于各类减振降噪需求领域。其中,因直升机独特的构型和气动模式,导致其噪声问题格外突出,也受到了广泛重视。基于微穿孔和亥姆霍兹共振理论的内嵌式多自由度吸声蜂窝结构是一种可行的噪声解决方案,国内相关理论和技术发展逐渐成熟,基于蜂窝结构特征的参数是影响其降噪性能的关键。本文以典型的双自由度吸声蜂窝应用为基础,阐述了不同腔深总厚度、不同腔深分布厚度以及不同面板厚度对降噪性能的影响,并对该种结构的降噪水平进行了评估。所设计双自由度吸蜂窝声结构可以实现99%的入射声吸收,同时在考虑直升机减重要求的前提下,提升蜂窝总腔深厚度或者各腔深的分布均匀性,可以显著提升降噪蜂窝的吸声性能。As a material that can effectively absorb incident sound energy and reduce noise transmission,sound-absorbing materials are widely used in various fields of vibration and noise reduction.Due to the unique configuration and aerodynamic mode of the helicopter,its noise problem is outstanding.Meanwhile,this problem has also received much attention.The embedded multi-degree-of-freedom sound absorbing honeycomb structure based on micro-perforation and Helmholtz resonance theory is a feasible solution.Along with the rapid development of related theories and technologies of absorbing honeycomb,the development of relevant domestic theories and technologies is gradually mature.The parameters based on honeycomb structure characteristics are the key to affect its noise reduction performance.Based on the typical application of two-degree-of-freedom sound absorbing honeycomb,this paper expounds the influence of different thickness of total cavity depth,cavity depth distribution and panel on the noise suppression performance.The noise suppression capability of this structure is also evaluated.It’s indicated that the designed two-degree-of-freedom sound-absorbing structure can achieve 99%of incident sound absorption.At the same time,under the premise of considering the weight reduction requirements of helicopters,improving the total cavity depth of the honeycomb or the distribution uniformity of each cavity depth can significantly improve the noise reduction property.
