摘 要:采用恒神自制EM134树脂体系分别匹配T700级恒神湿喷湿纺HF30F碳纤维和东丽干喷湿纺T700SC碳纤维,制备出两种预浸料。通过对EM134树脂体系凝胶时间、升温DSC曲线、恒温DSC曲线,合理优化固化温度和固化时间。同时通过实际过程中模具温度变化及预浸料树脂EM134的升温流变优化制造轮毂制件的固化工艺,并对比两种纤维对应层压板及后端制件的性能。Two kinds of prepregs were prepared by using Hengshen's self-made EM134 resin system to match T700 grade Hengshen wet-jet wet-spinning HF30F carbon fiber and Toray dry-jet wet-spinning T700SC carbon fiber respectively.Through the EM134 resin system gel time,heating DSC curve,constant temperature DSC curve,the curing temperature and curing time were rationally optimized.At the same time,the curing process of the wheel hub parts was optimized through the temperature change of the mold and the heating rheology of the prepreg resin EM134 in the actual process,and the performance of the two fibers corresponding to the laminate and the back-end parts was compared.
