体育产业发展视域中的体育学科建设

摘　　要：“体育强国”“健康中国”国家战略的实施,以及《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》等系列国家体育产业政策的陆续出台都强调指出,要实现体育事业(群众体育、竞技体育)与体育产业协调发展,将体育产业培育成为经济发展的新动能。根据学科建设要回应经济社会发展现实问题,同时坚持在服务中促进学科成长的逻辑推进原则,在总结我国体育学科建设成就和借鉴国外体育学科建设经验的基础上,遵循学科建设知识生产、演进和学科分化、制度规训等规律要求,以适应体育产业高质量发展为学科建设落脚点,提出了在第十四个“交叉学科门类”之下设置“体育产业学”一级学科的建议;分析了开展交叉学科建设的影响因素;指出了开展交叉学科建设面临的问题;提出了开展交叉学科建设需要做好顶层设计、注重学科交叉跨界融合、强化学术组织建设保障、扩大国际交流合作等对策。The implementation of the national strategies of“Developing China into a Leading Sporting Nation”and“Healthy China”and the introduction of a series of national sports industry policies such as“Several Opinions on Developing the Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption”have all highlighted the need to achieve coordinated development of sports(mass sports and competitive sports).In addition,the National Sports Industry Policy has been promulgated,emphasizing the need to achieve coordinated development of sports(mass sports and competitive sports)and the sports industry,and to cultivate the sports industry as a new driving force for economic development.According to the principle that discipline construction should respond to the realities of economic and social development,and at the same time adhere to the logic of promoting the growth of the discipline in service.On the basis of summarizing the achievements of the sports disciplines in China and drawing on the experience of foreign sports disciplines,and following the requirements of the law of knowledge production,evolution,disciplinary differentiation and institutional training in discipline construction,and with the aim of adapting to the high-quality development of the sports industry as the anchor point of discipline construction,it is proposed to set up the firstlevel discipline of“Sports Industry”under the 14th“cross-disciplinary category”.This paper also analyses the factors influencing the construction of cross-disciplines,points out the problems facing the development of crossdisciplines,and provides countermeasures for the construction of cross-disciplines,such as doing a good top-down design,focusing on cross-discipline and cross-border integration,strengthening academic organizations and expanding international exchange and cooperation.
