摘 要:为了提高无阀压电泵的输出流量并保证泵的工艺性,设计了一种易于加工的半圆柱阻流体无阀压电泵,阐述了该泵的结构、工作原理及其输出流量与输送效率的关系式。采用ANSYS软件模拟分析了该泵的泵腔内流动状态,对比分析了该泵与三棱柱阻流体无阀压电泵的流阻特性,制作了泵样机,并进行了流量试验。研究结果表明:半圆柱阻流体无阀压电泵能实现流体的单向输送,且其输送效率比三棱柱阻流体无阀压电泵提高了20.00%。在驱动电压为220 V和驱动频率为9 Hz时,半圆柱阻流体无阀压电泵的最大输出流量为12.28 g/min,比相同驱动电压下三棱柱阻流体无阀压电泵的最大输出流量提高了20.39%。To improve the output flow rate and ensure the processability of pump,a tractablevalve-less piezoelectric pump with semi-cylinder bluff body was designed.The structure,working principle and relation between the output flow rate and transmission efficiency of this pump were described.The flow state in the pump cavity was simulated by ANSYS software.The flow resistance characteristics of this pump and the valveless piezoelectric pump with triangular prism bluff body were compared.Two pump prototypes were made and flow test was carried out.The results show that the valve-less piezoelectric pump with semi-cylinder bluff body can realize the one-way transmission of fluid,and its transmission efficiency increases by 20.00%compared with the valve-less piezoelectric pump with triangular prism bluff body.When the driving voltage is 220 V and the driving frequency is 9 Hz,the maximum output flow rate of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with semicylinder bluff body is 12.28 g/min,which is 20.39%higher than that of the valve-less piezoelectric pump with triangular prism bluff body under the same driving voltage.
