摘 要:针对双向直流-直流(DC/DC)变换器模糊比例-积分(PI)控制动态效果差的问题,提出了一种改进粒子群算法优化的交错并联双向DC/DC变换器模糊PI控制方法。首先,建立交错并联双向DC/DC变换器的小信号数学模型,基于该模型得出占空比到输出电压和电感电流的传递函数,据此设计双向DC/DC变换器的双闭环控制器。然后,对双闭环控制的电压外环施加模糊控制,使系统能够实时调整PI参数。最后,运用一种改进的粒子群算法,对模糊控制过程中的比例因子和量化因子进行寻优,使系统达到更好的控制效果。通过MATLAB/Simulink平台仿真,并与模糊PI控制进行比较。研究结果表明:相比于模糊PI控制,该控制方法的变换器达到稳态的时间由17 ms降低到了10 ms,超调量由12.5%降低到了5.0%。并且,当负载跳变时,输出电压恢复时间由17 ms降低到了7 ms,电压波动值由76 V降低到了23 V。当参考电压跃变时,输出电压恢复时间由15 ms降低到了6 ms。Aiming at the problem of poor dynamic effect of fuzzy proportion-integral(PI)control of bidirectional direct current-direct current(DC/DC)converter,a fuzzy PI control method of interleaved parallel bidirectional DC/DC converter optimized by improved particle swarm optimization was proposed.Firstly,the small signal mathematical model of interleaved parallel bidirectional DC/DC converter was established.Based on the model,the transfer function from duty cycle to output voltage and inductance current was obtained,and the double closed-loop controller of bidirectional DC/DC converter was designed.Then,fuzzy control was applied to the voltage outer loop of double closed-loop control,so that the system adjusted PI parameters in real time.Finally,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the scale factor and quantization factor in the process of fuzzy control,so as to make the system achieve better control effect.Through MATLAB/Simulink platform simulation and comparison with fuzzy PI control,The results show that compared with fuzzy PI control,the response time of the converter controlled by this control method is reduced from 17 ms to 10 ms,and the overshoot is reduced from 12.5%to 5.0%.Moreover,when the load jumps,the output voltage recovery time is reduced from 17 ms to 7 ms,and the voltage fluctuation value is reduced from 76 V to 23 V.When the reference voltage jumps,the output voltage recovery time is reduced from 15 ms to 6 ms.
