中药制剂二黄定痫胶囊治疗癫痫病患者的效果研究与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的研究中药制剂二黄定痫胶囊治疗癫痫病患者的效果与安全性。方法选取2015年1月—2020年1月淄博昌国医院收治的癫痫病患者190例,按照入院时间分为A组(常规西药治疗)、B组(中药制剂二黄定痫胶囊治疗),各95例。比较两组治疗前后的体液免疫水平、症状积分、脑电图变化评分,不良反应发生率和临床治疗效果。结果B组治疗总有效率为97.89%,较A组89.47%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.693,P<0.05);治疗前,两组免疫球蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.834、0.080、1.522,P=0.068、0.937、0.130);治疗后,B组IgA、IgG、IgM水平优于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.034、12.136、18.547,P<0.05);治疗前,两组症候积分、脑电图评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.045、0.098,P=0.964、0.922);治疗后,B组症候积分、脑电图评分较A组低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.605、4.477,P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率为3.16%,较A组12.63%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.863,P<0.05)。结论对癫痫病患者应用中药制剂二黄定痫胶囊,可显著改善其IgA、IgG、IgM免疫蛋白水平,缓解临床症状,降低脑电图评分,临床疗效显著,且安全性较高,值得进一步进行推广。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine preparation Erhuang Dingxian capsules in the treatment of epilepsy patients.Methods 190 patients with epilepsy admitted to the Zibo Changguo Hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 selected,and they were divided into group A(conventional western medicine treatment)and group B(traditional Chinese medicine preparation Erhuang Dingxian capsule treatment)according to the admission time,with 95 cases in each.The humoral immune level,symptom score,EEG change scores of the two groups before and after treatment,adverse reaction rates and Clinical treatment effect were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 97.89%,which was higher than 89.47%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.693,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of immunoglobulin between the two groups(t=1.834,0.080,1.522,P=0.068,0.937,0.130);after treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM in group B were better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.034,12.136,18.547,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in symptom score and EEG score between the two groups(t=0.045,0.098,P=0.964,0.922);after treatment,the symptom score and EEG score of group B were lower than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.605,4.477,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 3.16%,which was lower than 12.63%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.863,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the traditional Chinese medicine Erhuang Dingxian Capsules to epilepsy patients can significantly improve the levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM immune proteins,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce EEG scores.The clinical efficacy is significant and the safety is high,which is worthy of further promotion.
