摘  要:为研究大跨度系杆拱桥钢锚箱式索梁锚固结构的局部受力机理,以某大跨度系杆拱桥为工程背景,通过缩尺模型和有限元计算相结合的方式分析了钢锚箱支撑板在设计荷载下的应力分布情况,验证了有限元建模的合理性。对钢锚箱关键设计参数展开研究,探讨了支撑板长度、加劲板长度、加劲板厚度和承压板厚度在一定取值范围下支撑板上的剪应力分布规律。结果表明:支撑板长度对支撑板的剪应力影响最大,支撑板长度平均每增加0.4 m,支撑板剪应力值下降约6 MPa;加劲板长度和厚度对支撑板剪应力分布影响较小;承压板厚度对支撑板剪应力分布几乎无影响;不同参数变化下钢锚箱支撑板剪应力分布规律大致相同,靠近承压板和远离承压板一侧剪应力值较大,中部剪应力值较小。In order to study the local stress mechanism of the steel anchor box-type cable-girder anchoring structure of the long-span tied arch bridge,taking a long-span tied arch bridge as the engineering background,the steel anchor box support was analyzed by a combination of scaled model and finite element calculation.The stress distribution of the plate under the design load verifies the rationality of the finite element modeling.The key design parameters of the steel anchor box are studied,and the shear stress distribution law of the support plate under a certain value range of the length of the support plate,the length of the stiffening plate,the thickness of the stiffening plate and the thickness of the bearing plate is discussed.The results show that the length of the support plate has the greatest influence on the shear stress of the support plate,and the shear stress value of the support plate decreases by about 6 MPa for every 0.4 m increase in the length of the support plate;the length and thickness of the stiffening plate have little effect on the shear stress distribution of the support plate;the plate thickness has little effect on the shear stress distribution of the support plate;under different parameter changes,the shear stress distribution law of the support plate of the steel anchor box is roughly the same.
