摘 要:微波加热是国内外新近研究的一种加热方式,传统沥青混合料吸收微波性能较差,限制了该技术在路面工程中的应用。选择磁铁矿粉和二氧化锰这2种吸波材料,将其作为矿粉的替代品,通过一系列微波加热试验,研究吸波材料配方、掺量对集料、沥青混合料吸波升温性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:磁铁矿粉/二氧化锰可明显提高石灰岩集料和混合料的微波加热性能,随着磁铁矿粉/二氧化锰掺量的增加,石灰岩集料和AC-13混合料的温升速率增大,且磁铁矿粉质量为矿料的0.5%时,AC-13混合料的吸波升温性能较未掺加吸波材料可提高80%,具有最优的性价比。掺磁铁矿粉的沥青混合料具有较好的微波加热性能,可为微波加热技术在公路沥青路面快速养护和融雪化冰的应用提供依据。Microwave heating is a newly researched heating method at home and abroad.Traditional asphalt mixture has poor microwave absorbing performance,which limits the application of this technology in pavement engineering.Two kinds of microwave absorbing materials,magnetite powder and manganese dioxide,are selected as the substitutes of mineral powder in this paper.Through a series of microwave heating tests,the influence of the formula and content of absorbing materials on the microwave absorbing and heating performance of aggregates and asphalt mixtures is studied.The results show that magnetite powder/manganese dioxide can significantly improve the microwave heating performance of limestone aggregate and mixture.As the amount of magnetite powder/manganese dioxide increases,the temperature rise rate of limestone aggregate and AC-13 mixture.When the mass of the magnetite powder is 0.5% of the mineral material,the absorbing and heating performance of AC-13 mixture can be increased by 80% compared with no absorbing material,which has the best cost performance.Asphalt mixture mixed with magnetite powder has good microwave heating performance,which can provide a basis for the application of microwave heating technology in the rapid maintenance of highway asphalt pavement and melting snow and ice.
