摘  要:为了解决SA335 P5耐热钢石油化工压力管道焊态接头的焊缝硬度过高、塑性变差导致接头综合力学性能较差的问题,分别对焊态、焊后火焰热处理和焊后电热处理的SA335 P5耐热钢焊接接头进行力学性能测试,并分析对比不同热处理工艺条件对SA335 P5耐热钢焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:当电热处理温度为750℃,加热2.5 h时,硬度值为HV140,焊接接头的抗拉强度为503.7 MPa,伸长率达到50.07%,满足石油化工行业标准对SA335 P5钢焊接接头综合力学性能的要求。In order to solve the problem of excessive hardness,strength and plasticity deterioration of welds in SA335 P5heat-resistant steel welded joint of petrochemical pressure pipeline,the mechanical properties of SA335 P5 heat-resistant steel welded joints after welding,post weld flame heat treatment and post weld electrothermal treatment were tested,and the effects of different processing conditions on the mechanical properties of SA335 P5 heat-resistant steel welded joints were analyzed. The results showed that when the electric heat treatment temperature was 750 ℃ for 2. 5 h,the tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 503. 7 MPa. At the same time,the hardness value was HV170,and the elongation reaches 50. 07%. The results met the requirements of the petrochemical industry for the mechanical properties of SA-335 P5 steel welded joints.
