贾六金教授从湿热论治儿童银屑病经验

摘　　要：贾六金教授认为外湿、内湿均可致经络、气血痹阻,不得宣泄,无法濡养皮肤,从而继生儿童银屑病。湿与热邪相兼为患,诸邪之中,银屑病与湿热之邪关系最为密切,因此湿热郁滞于肌肤为银屑病的主要病机,以清热燥湿为主要治疗法则。临证自拟六妙汤直捣湿热互结之处,并在治疗过程中配合心理治疗、生活调养,效果显著。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor JIA Liujin holds that both external and internal dampness can cause obstruction of meridi-ans,qi and blood,which can not be dispersed and purged,failing to moisten and nourish the skin,thereby secondari-ly generating children with psoriasis.Pathogenic dampness is prone to combine with pathogenic heat to induce disea-ses,wherein psoriasis is most closely related to pathogenic damp-heat,thereby the main pathogenesis thereof is damp-heat stagnation in the skin,taking clearing away heat and drying dampness as the main therapeutic principle.In clinical practice,self-made Liumiao Tang(六妙汤)acts directly on the affected parts of mutual accumulation of damp-heat,cooperated with psychotherapy and life aftercare in the course of treatment,whereby obtaining marked efficacy.One case is attached for verification.
