摘　　要：儿童自闭症归属于中医学“呆病”“童昏”“胎弱”“无慧”“语迟”“目无情”等范畴,病位在脑,与心、肝、肾、脾等脏功能关联紧密,主要病机为心神失养、肝失条达、肾精虚损、脾胃虚弱导致的脑窍失聪。小儿推拿具有无创无痛、不良反应小、体感舒适度高、成本低廉、依从性高等优势,可直接作用于脑,操作过程中医患之间互动性强,有助于患儿身心的康复,值得临床深入研究和探索。Children with autism falls into the category of TCM “dementia”“benightedness”“congenital feebleness”“idiot”“retardation of speech” and “dull vision” etc.The disease is located in the brain,which is closely related to the functions of the heart,liver,kidney,spleen and other organs.The main pathogenesis is brain orifices deafness caused by deficient cultivation of heart-spirit,failure of liver to act freely,deficiency and consumption of kidney essence,and weakness of spleen and stomach.Pediatric tuina has the advantages of non-invasion and painlessness,small adverse reactions,high body comfort,low cost,high compliance,and can directly act on the brain.In the operation process,there is strong interaction between TCM doctors and patients,which is conducive to the physical and mental recovery of children.It is worthy of in-depth clinical research and exploration.
