一体机氨纶包覆纱氨纶内断质量问题分析

摘　　要：一体机氨纶包覆纱具有诸多优点,但是在生产过程中因受外界影响,会产生氨纶内断的质量问题。文中从原料、设备、工艺、环境4个方面进行原因分析,为一体机氨纶包覆纱的稳定生产提供解决方案,提高产品质量,降低经济损失。结果表明,有效的措施包括氨纶的NCO、预牵伸、抱合力及辅料在正常指标范围内;设备管理到位,与氨纶接触的相关器件定期检查,及时更换;加弹工艺设置得当,保证网络点分布均匀,松紧适度;包覆纱使用和储存环境保证材料结构均匀,不受损。The spandex covered yarn from Draw-Texturing-Machine has many advantages,but in the production process,due to the influence of the external factors,the quality problem of internal breakage will occur.This paper analyzes the four aspects,raw materials,equipment,technology,environment,and finds out the reasons,and provides solutions for the stable production of spandex coated yarn,improves product quality and reduces economic losses.The results show that the effective measures are as follows:NCO,pre-drafting,cohesion and accessories of spandex are within the normal index range;equipment management is in place,relevant components in contact with spandex are inspected regularly and replaced in time;texturing process is set properly to ensure that the network points are evenly distributed and the tightness is moderate;the use and storage environment of coated yarn ensure the material structure uniform and not damaged.
