羊毛常用染料的漂染一浴法研究

摘　　要：羊毛只有经过漂白染出的浅色色光才鲜艳,羊毛纤维采用漂染一浴一步法可以缩短工艺流程并提高纤维的品质。试验采用对漂白剂最敏感的蓝色相,即活性染料兰纳素蓝3R、金属络合染料兰纳洒脱蓝2R、弱酸染料弱酸性艳蓝RAW,研究过氧化氢用量、氧漂稳定剂用量、漂染一浴时间、温度对漂白和染色的交互影响,设计正交试验,完成对漂染一浴一步法工艺优化。结果表明,漂染一浴一步法可以达到两浴法的染色效果,色光纯正,色牢度好。漂染一浴一步法与漂染二浴法比较,一浴法工艺后纤维强度、断裂伸长都较漂染二浴法明显要高。The light color of wool dyed by bleaching is bright.One-bath one-step bleaching and dyeing of wool fibers can shorten the process flow and improve the quality of fibers.In the experiment,the most sensitive blue phase to bleaching agent,namely reactive dye Lanasulan 3R,metal complex dye Lanasulan 2R,weak acid dye weak acid brilliant blue RAW,is used.The effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage,oxygen bleaching stabilizer dosage,bleaching and dyeing time and temperature on the interaction of bleaching and dyeing are studied.The orthogonal experiment is designed to optimize the bleaching and dyeing process.The results show that the one-bath one-step dyeing method can achieve the effect of two-bath dyeing,with pure color and good color fastness.Compared with the two-bath bleaching and dyeing process,the fiber strength and elongation at break of the one-bath bleaching and dyeing process are significantly higher than those of the two-bath bleaching and dyeing process.
