摘  要:目的:分析冠心病心肌缺血患者采取CT血管成像定量斑块分析方法对患者心肌缺血损伤性的评价。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月滨州市中心医院纳入的行冠脉造影检查的冠心病患者80例作为观察对象,患者通过心脏造影及CT血管成像检查,据患者心肌酶检查结果分为心肌损伤组、无损伤组,对斑块长度(plaque length,PL)、斑块负荷(total plaque burden,TPB)、斑块总体积(total plaque volume,CPV)、脂质斑块体积(lipid plaque volume,LPV)、最小管腔面积(minimal lumen area,MLA)进行比较。结果:心肌损伤组患者的PL、TPB、LPV指标高于无损伤组,MLA、CPV指数低于无损伤组,其中MLA及PL指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TPB、LPV是导致患者发生心肌缺血损伤的重要因素,对诊断冠心病心肌缺血具有一定价值。结论:通过CT血管成像定量斑块检查后可有效诊断冠心病心肌缺血患者损伤情况,是该疾病的有效诊断技术。Objective To evaluate the damage of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease by quantitative plaque analysis with CT angiography.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography from February 2021 to February 2022 in Binzhou central hospital were selected as the observation objects,according to the results of myocardial enzyme examination,patients were divided into myocardial injury group and non-injury group,plaque length(PL),total plaque burden(TPB),total plaque volume(CPV),lipid plaque volume(LPV),minimum lumen area(MLA)were compared.Results The indexes of PL,TPB and LPV in myocardial injury group were higher than those in non-injury group,and the indexes of MLA and CPV were lower than those in non-injury group.There was no significant difference in MLA and pl(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in other indexes(P<0.05).The electronic version and LPV are important factors that lead to myocardial ischemia injury in patients with coronary heart disease,and they have certain value in diagnosing myocardial ischemia.Conclusion CT angiography quantitative plaque examination can effectively diagnose myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease injury,is an effective diagnostic technology.
