《黑图档》所见清代官员经制册的书写

摘　　要：《黑图档》是辽宁省档案馆发布的代表性档案编研成果,其中收录的档案反映了盛京作为陪都的政治作用的发挥情况。经制册作为主要记载官员出身履历和奖惩情况的档案清册,在管理文武百官方面的作用突出,与今天的人事档案有异曲同工之处。因此,文章以《黑图档·嘉庆朝》中关于经制册的档案为中心,系统梳理经制册的制作、移交和保存过程,用道光和咸丰两朝档案进行补充和辅助论证,希望能够对经制册形成更全面的认知,据此与人事档案进行对比,发现二者异同并从中得到启示,以期为后续研究提供有益的借鉴。Hetu Dangse is a representative compilation and research achievement of archives released by Liaoning Provincial Archives. The archives included in it reflect the political role of Shengjing as a companion capital. As a list of archives that mainly record officials’ birth, curriculum vitae, rewards and punishments, Jingzhice has a prominent role in the management of civil and military officials, which is similar to today’s personnel archives. Therefore, the paper centers on the archives about Jingzhice in Jiaqing Period of Hetu Dangse, systematically sorts out the production, transfer and preservation process of it, and uses the archives in Daoguang and Xianfeng periods as supplement and support. To form a more comprehensive understanding of Jingzhice, this paper compares it with personnel archives, finds the similarities and differences between them and draws inspiration, in order to provide useful reference for subsequent research.
