摘　　要：鉴于国家海洋重大项目客体全宗建设实践,立足于“主客体全宗理论”,提出了构成档案馆客体全宗的基本条件,阐述了存在一对多且密不可分契约关系的项目适用于全宗管理,认为对有档案共享和集成应用需求的、承担单位档案管理状况影响其目标实现的项目,有必要在档案馆层面上建立客体全宗。Based on Fonds Theory of Subject and Object and construction practice of archives object fonds in major national marine projects, this paper proposes the basic conditions of constructing object fonds in archives. It holds projects with one-to-many inextricable contractual relationships applicable to fonds management, and also shows that it is necessary to establish object fonds on the agency level if the projects are in need of archives sharing and integrative application and the archives management have influence on the realization of their goals.
