摘　　要：智慧校园背景下,分析特教档案资源库建设面临的挑战,强调把不同来源的特教档案数据通过信息融合技术、协同保障机制转换为特教信息融合数据库,为特教档案个性化服务打下有力的数据基础,最终实现特教档案资源库有效管理的实现路径。Under the smart campus background, the paper analyzes the challenges faced in special education archives repository construction, emphasizes the conversion of special education archives data from different sources into a special repository through information fusion technology and collaborative guarantee mechanism, laying a good data foundation for personalized service of special education archives and ultimate realization of effective management of special education archives repository.
