高校贫困生抗逆力提升的小组工作介入研究——以Q校为例

摘　　要：贫困生是高校里不可忽视的青年群体。基于对Q校大学生抽样数据的统计分析,了解贫困生抗逆力现状。研究发现,Q校贫困生抗逆力水平普遍低于非贫困生,主要表现在贫困生关怀环境缺失、环境对贫困生期待值低、贫困生参与机会不多、自我形象欠佳、人际沟通不良、目标制订不明确、困境应对困难、情绪管理欠佳等。基于此,通过小组工作方法进行实务探索,结果表明,小组工作是提高高校贫困生抗逆力水平的有效方式。Poor students are the youth group that can not be ignored in colleges and universities. Based on the statistical analysis of sample data of Q university students, the basic situation of poor students’ resilience is discovered.The study found that the resilience level of poor students in Q university is generally lower than that of non-poor students, mainly manifested in the lack of caring environment for poor students, low expectations for poor students, poor participation opportunities, poor self-image, poor interpersonal communication, unclear goal setting, difficulty in coping with difficulties, poor emotional management. The results show that the social group work is an effective way to improve the poor college students’ resilience.
