社会工作介入农村老年精神关爱服务策略研究——基于江苏省南京市浦口区的调研

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,国家、社区、社会组织以及家庭都在积极应对人口老龄化带来的问题。通过对江苏省南京市浦口区部分农村社区的问卷调查和实地走访,从社会参与、文化娱乐、人际交往和精神慰藉四个维度了解当前农村社区的老年人精神关爱现状及需求,分析当前社会工作介入农村社区老年精神关爱服务存在的问题及其成因,结合社会工作介入农村社区老年人精神关爱理论和方法模式,从服务对象自身、农村老年人精神关爱渠道和社会支持、社会组织以及建立评估监督平台这几个方面提出可行且合理的改善建议。With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s population, families, communities, social organizations and the country are actively responding to the problems caused by the aging of the population. Through questionnaire surveys and field visits to some rural communities in Pu Kou, we can understand the current situation and needs of spiritual care for the elderly in rural communities from the four dimensions of social participation, cultural entertainment, interpersonal communication and spiritual comfort, analyze the problems and causes of the current social work intervention in rural communities for the elderly spiritual care services, combine the theory and method model of social work intervention in rural communities for the elderly, and from the service targets themselves, rural elderly spiritual care channels and social support, social organization and the establishment of an evaluation and supervision platform make feasible and reasonable suggestions for improvement.
