摘　　要：在大型市政给水厂超滤膜系统设计中,完善可靠的超滤膜维护性清洗和恢复性清洗系统设计是非常重要的一部分,将直接影响超滤膜系统运行的安全性和便利性。对超滤膜辅助化学清洗系统的药剂使用、循环清洗、废液中和排放、清洗间布置等设计细节进行总结。维护性清洗为正常反冲洗的同时,在反冲洗管道上投加次氯酸钠溶液或者碱溶液等药剂,系统设计相对简单。恢复性清洗系统设计较为复杂,有溶液箱式化学清洗系统和在线循环式化学清洗系统两种不同的做法。In the ultrafiltration membrane system design of large municipal water supply plant,perfect and reliable ultrafiltration membrane chemical enhanced backwash(CEB)and clean in place(CIP)system design is very important,which directly affects the safety and convenience of ultrafiltration membrane system operation.In this paper,the design of ultrafiltration membrane assisted chemical cleaning system,such as the use of agents,circulating cleaning,waste liquid neutralization and discharge,cleaning room layout are summarized in detail.The design of CEB system is relatively simple,which is to add sodium hypochlorite solution,alkali solution or other agents to the backwash pipeline at the same time as the normal backwash.However,the CEB system design is more complex,which could be divided into two different methods:solution tank chemical cleaning system and online circulating chemical cleaning system.
