摘  要:某污水处理厂处理规模为3万m~3/d,原采用AAO微曝氧化沟工艺,通过在氧化沟各段分别设置不同类型固定式高效脱氮填料模块,与磁混凝工艺联用进行提标改造,改造后出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的一级A及广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级排放标准的较严值标准。经2021年实际运行,对比提标改造前、后生产数据表明,该工艺处理效果佳,实现稳定达标运行。The effluent of a wastewater treatment plant with the treatment scale of 3×10~4 m~3/d,originally using the AAO fine bubble-aerated oxidation ditch process.After upgraded by setting up different types of the fixed high-efficiency nitrogen removal filler(IFAS)and magnetic-coagulation process in each section of oxidation ditch,the effluent discharge could meet the stricter standard of the first-level A discharge standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002)and the first-level standard of the second period of the Guangdong Province local standard Discharge limits of water pollutants(DB 44/26-2001).By comparing the operation data before and after the upgrading which actually was conducted in 2021,it showed that the process had good treatment effect and could achieve stable and up-to-standard operation with satisfactory results.
