摘 要:对某润滑油生产废水处理项目进行提标改造,通过强化除油预处理、增加水解酸化提高可生化性、好氧生化处理改造为MBR工艺、增加臭氧氧化深度处理,形成了两级隔油-调节-破乳-两级气浮-水解酸化-MBR-臭氧氧化的组合处理工艺。实践表明,该组合工艺处理效果优良,出水水质稳定达到《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570-2015)中的特别排放限值要求。COD和石油类分别从8 801、212 mg/L降低到34.71、0.25 mg/L,去除率分别为99.61%、99.88%。介绍了本项目总体技术方案,详细设计参数和实际运行效果,为同类项目提供借鉴和参考。The combined process of two-stage grease trap,regulation,two-stage air floatation,hydrolysis-acidification,MBR and ozonation,are applied in a upgrading and reconstruction of wastewater treatment station in a lubricant production enterprise,through those measures including enhancing pretreatment of oil removal,increasing hydrolytic-acidification to improve biodegradability,reforming aerobic biological treatment to MBR process and increasing ozonation advanced treatment.The practice shows that the combined process has good treatment effect and the effluent can meet the special discharge limit criteria in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry(GB 31570-2015).The COD and oil were reduced from 8801 mg/L and 212 mg/L to 34.71 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L respectively.The removal rates were 99.61%and 99.88%,respectively.The overall technical scheme,detailed design parameters and actual operation results of the project were presented.The experience provides references for similar projects.
