老旧小区消防给水系统更新改造工程案例分析

摘　　要：介绍了杭州近江望江家园老旧小区消防给水系统改造工程。通过现场勘查和检测,对消防给水系统运行情况及存在问题进行了梳理、分析并提出改造方案,更新消防给水系统室外埋地管网和老旧消防给水设施,对消防给水系统进行合理化调整和拆分。In this paper,a renovation engineering for these system is introduced and discussed.Renovation includes fire water facilities and system pipes.Renovation plan is presented through analyzing and summarizing problems found in surveying current situation of systems and pipes.Some buried fire water pipeline has been replaced,and original systems are re-designed and optimized according to present maintaining unit zone.
