摘 要:不适度地采集会对机械结构的应用能力造成损伤,甚至影响油气井的使用寿命,为解决上述问题,设计基于ZigBee通信协议的油气井数据采集系统。借助采集信号放大器电路,提高通信滤波器与DSP芯片的连接能力,完成系统硬件执行环境搭建。设置ZigBee协议栈的总体架构模型,通过管理油气井数据帧缓冲区域的方式,得到最终的采集帧接收处理结果,完成系统软件执行环境搭建。结合相关硬件设备结构体系,实现基于ZigBee通信协议油气井数据采集系统的顺利应用。实验结果表明,基于ZigBee通信协议的油气井数据采集系统可准确分析油气井数据传输行为,不损伤机械结构应用能力,同时延长油气井的使用寿命。Improper acquisition will damage the application ability of mechanical structure,and even affect the service life of oil and gas wells. In order to solve the above problems,an oil and gas well data acquisition system based on Zig Bee communication protocol is designed. By means of the acquisition of signal amplifier circuit,the connection ability of communication filter and DSP chip is improved,and the hardware execution environment of the system is completed. The overall architecture model of ZigBee protocol stack is set,and the final receiving and processing results of acquisition frames are obtained by managing the frame buffer area of oil and gas well data,and the software execution environment of the system is completed. Combined with the related hardware equipment structure system,the smooth application of ZigBee communication protocol based data acquisition system for oil and gas wells is realized. The experimental results show that the data acquisition system based on ZigBee communication protocol can accurately analyze the data transmission behavior of oil and gas wells,without damaging the application ability of mechanical structure and extending the service life of oil and gas wells.
