基于胆碱能抗炎通路探讨针灸治疗脓毒症的研究进展

摘　　要：回顾针灸对脓毒症的治疗作用,总结针灸治疗脓毒症的作用机制,探讨针灸通过胆碱能抗炎通路治疗脓毒症的作用途径。针灸可能是通过激活胆碱能抗炎通路对脓毒症发挥局部和全身抗炎效应。脓毒症属于急危重症,可出现多脏器损伤,针灸如何通过胆碱能抗炎通路治疗脓毒症不同脏器损伤,其治疗作用是否依赖于穴位的选择、刺激的方式等,均将是针灸基础向临床转化的研究方向,亦为中医药治疗急危重症提供佐证。The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion(acu-mox) on sepsis were reviewed and the mechanism of acu-mox on sepsis were summarized to explore the therapeutic pathway of sepsis through cholinergic antiinflammatory pathway.Acu-mox may have local and systemic anti-inflammatory effects on sepsis by activating cholinergic antiinflammatory pathways.Sepsis is critical and severe,and multiple organ injuries may occur.How acu-mox treats different organ injuries of sepsis through cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway,and whether it depends on the selection of acupoints and the stimulation methods,etc.,will be the research direction of acu-mox basics to clinical transformation,and also provide evidence for TCM treatment of critical and severe diseases.
