糖尿病足中医辨证存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：通过比较《中医病证诊断疗效标准》《中西医结合周围血管疾病学》《实用中医周围血管病学》、统编教材《中医外科学》《实用中医外科学》《中西医结合外科学》《实用中西医结合外科学》《周围血管科常见疾病证候诊治指南(2015)》等权威文献,以及近10年来期刊发表的糖尿病足中医辨证文献,揭示权威文献之间、学术界之间、权威文献与学术界之间糖尿病足中医辨证存在的诸多问题,并提出本病中医辨证规范的思路与方法。By comparing the Standard of Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Peripheral Vascular Diseases of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Practical Peripheral Vascular Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Practical Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Surgery of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Practical Surgery of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Peripheral Vascular Department(2015) and other authoritative literature,as well as the papers on TCM syndrome differentiation of diabetic foot published in recent 10 years in the periodical literature,this paper revealed many problems existing in TCM syndrome differentiation of diabetic foot among authoritative literature,academic circles,authoritative literature and academic circles,the thinking and method of syndrome differentiation criterion of TCM were put forward.
