从肠道菌群探讨“内伤脾胃,百病由生”的科学内涵

摘　　要：补土派医家李杲提出“内伤脾胃,百病由生”的学术观点,指出脾胃功能失常是众多疾病产生之源。基于肠道菌群最新研究进展,认为肠道菌群与脾主运化、脾主统血、脾在志为思藏意、胃主受纳腐熟水谷等生理功能密切相关,是维持脾胃生理功能的重要保障,而其紊乱是“内伤脾胃”的重要生物学表现,同时也是众多疾病产生的直接或间接原因。从肠道菌群角度在一定程度上能够阐释“内伤脾胃,百病由生”的科学内涵,为基于肠道菌群从脾胃论治临床众多疾病提供一定的理论支撑。As a doctor of school of ‘strengthening the spleen’,LI Gao put forward the academic idea of ‘injured spleen and stomach cause diseases’ and point out that the dysfunction of spleen and stomach is the cause of many diseases.Based on the latest research progress of intestinal microecology,it is considered that intestinal microecology is closely related to physiological functions such as spleen controlling movement and transformation,spleen controlling blood,spleen in charge of thoughts and in storing idea,and stomach governing reception and decomposing the food,which is an important guarantee for maintaining the physiological function of spleen and stomach.Intestinal microecology disorder is an important biological manifestation of ‘injured spleen and stomach’ and is also the direct or indirect cause of many diseases.To a certain extent,it can explain scientific connotations of ‘injured spleen and stomach cause diseases’ from intestinal microecology aspect.Its purpose is to provide a certain theoretical support for the treatment of numerous clinical diseases based on intestinal microecology from the spleen and stomach.
