刘完素玄府学说形成原因的探讨

摘　　要：笔者认为刘完素玄府学说形成的原因有其外在因素和内在因素,其中外在因素包括注重医理研究的需要、纠正滥用《太平惠民和剂局方》温燥方药时弊的需要、理学家革新思想的影响、道家认识自然思想的影响4个方面;内在因素包括刘完素善于继承创新和勤于临床实践两个方面。文章通过对刘完素玄府学说形成原因的探讨,旨在从根本上领会和把握刘完素玄府学说,推动玄府学说的深入研究。It is believed that the reasons for the formation of LIU Wan-su’s Xuanfu theory have external and internal factors.The external factors include:the need to pay attention to medical research,the need to correct the abuse of warm and dry prescriptions in Taiping Huimin Hejiju Fang,the influence of Neo Confucianism’s innovative thought,and the influence of Taoist thought of understanding nature;The internal factors include:LIU Wan-su was good at inheritance and innovation and diligent in clinical practice.Through the discussion of the reasons for the formation of LIU Wan-su’s Xuanfu theory,this paper aims to fundamentally understand and grasp LIU Wan-su’s Xuanfu theory and promote the in-depth study of Xuanfu theory.
