周霭祥治疗血液病思想探析

摘　　要：周霭祥教授从医70余年,对血液病的中西医诊断与治疗有丰富经验和独到见解,形成燕京血液学派独特的诊疗体系。周老倡导和建立以从肾论治为中心的慢性再生障碍性贫血中医辨证论治体系,首创“以毒攻毒”思想治疗白血病,运用青黄散治疗慢性白血病获得肯定疗效,为国内外使用砷制剂治愈急性早幼粒细胞白血病奠定了基础。周老注重创新,并将创新思想渗透到每一个血液病诊治角落中,自拟化瘀消癥汤、凉血解毒汤、五补方等治疗骨髓增殖性肿瘤、血小板减少性紫癜等血液病。Professor ZHOU Ai-xiang has been practicing medicine for more than 70 years,and has rich experience and unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases in both Chinese and Western medicine,forming a unique treatment system of the Yanjing school of hematology.Professor ZHOU advocated and established a system of Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment for chronic aplastic anemia centered on the kidney theory of treatment,pioneered the idea of ‘attacking poison with poison’ in the treatment of leukemia,and used Qinghuang Powder for the treatment of chronic leukemia with positive results,which laid the foundation for the cure of acute promyelocytic leukemia with arsenic preparations at home and abroad.Professor ZHOU focused on innovation and infiltrated innovative ideas into every corner of hematology diagnosis and treatment.He formulated his own treatment for hematological diseases such as myeloproliferative tumors and thrombocytopenic purpura,such as Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction,Liangxue Jiedu Decoction and Wubu Formula,and so on.
