运用岐黄针疗法治疗帕金森病的临床经验

摘　　要：帕金森病是临床上常见的一种中枢神经系统疾病,该病目前尚无根治性治疗方案。岐黄针疗法是以集古代“九针”的部分外形和现代工艺而制成的岐黄针为针具,以传统经络腧穴理论为指导,并结合《灵枢·官针》中的五刺法来治疗疾病的一种疗法。陈振虎教授运用岐黄针疗法治疗帕金森病取得了较好的疗效。文章从岐黄针疗法的治疗思路、治疗步骤等方面介绍陈振虎教授运用岐黄针疗法治疗帕金森病的临床经验。Parkinson’s disease is a common central nervous system disease in clinic and there is no curative treatment for it.Qihuang needle therapy is a kind of therapy that uses the Qihuang needle as a needle tool,which integrated the appearance of part of the ancient ‘nine needles’ and the modern technology.It is guided by the theory of traditional meridians and acupoints,and combined with the five needling techniques in the Lingshu·Guanzhen to treat diseases.Professor CHEN Zhen-hu has performed Qihuang needle therapy to treat Parkinson’s disease for many years and has achieved good therapeutic effects.This article will introduce professor CHEN Zhen-hu’s clinical experience in treating Parkinson’s disease with Qihuang needle therapy,from the perspective of treatment thoughts and methods.
