经方阴阳二旦理法在脾胃病中的运用

摘　　要：脾胃病在临床中具有反复发作、缠绵难愈的特点,从经方角度分析其原因为表邪不解,内攻脏腑,清浊逆乱,升降失调。文章基于《伤寒论》《金匮要略》的有关条文,论证脾胃相关疾病如寒疝腹痛、腹满、呕吐、下利、痞满等与表证的联系,通过对经方阴阳二旦理法的阐述,探讨该理法在脾胃病中的施治策略和运用规律,以期为脾胃病的治疗提供新的思路与方法。Spleen and stomach diseases have the characteristics of recurrent and lingering in clinic.From the perspective of classics prescriptions,the causes are as follows:external evil unsolved,internal attack of zang fu organs,turbidities,disorder of rise and fall.Based on the relevant provisions of Shanghan Lun and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,this paper demonstrates the relationship between diseases related to spleen and stomach,such as cold hernia and abdominal pain,abdominal distention,nausea and vomitting,diarrhea,distention and fullness,and surface syndrome,and discusses the treatment strategies and application rules of this method in spleen and stomach diseases through the elaboration of yin and yang dan theory,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
