摘　　要：2020年为庚子年,主运金运太过,少阴君火司天,阳明燥金在泉。按照运气思路辨证,庚子年君火司天,燥金在泉,且全年燥金太过、易乘肝木、致使肺燥肝虚,故临床病证多见心火太过或肺燥肝虚之象。文章通过对史锁芳教授应用陈无择庚子年三因司天方(牛膝木瓜汤、正阳汤)验案4则举隅分析,探讨三因司天方的临床应用规律,以期进一步揭示在五运六气理论指导下的三因司天方的临床使用价值。2020 is the year of Gengzi,the main circuit was metal circuit extreme,controlling heaven including shaoyin monarch fire,terrestrial effect yangming dry metal.According to the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors thought syndrome differentiation,in the year of Gengzi,controlling heaven including shaoyin monarch fire,terrestrial effect yangming dry metal throughout the year,it is easy to invade the liver wood,resulting in lung dryness and liver deficiency,so there istoo much heart fire or lung dryness and liver deficiency of clinical syndromes.Based on the analysis of 4 clinical case of professor SHI Suo-fang’s application of CHEN Wu-ze’s Gengzi year Sanyin Sitian Fang clinical cases(Niuxi Mugua Decoction and Zhengyang Decoction),this paper discusses the clinical application rules of Sanyin Sitian Fang clinical cases,in order to further reveal the clinical application value of Sanyin Sitian Fang clinical cases under the guidance of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.
