摘　　要：艾灸疗法在中国有着上千年历史,简单有效的特点使其在临床和日常保健中应用范围不断扩大。但近年来一些有关艾烟的不良反应报道引起人们广泛关注,在一定程度上阻碍了艾灸的推广与应用。艾烟安全性评价成为影响艾灸疗法发展的重要因素之一。文章梳理近年有关艾烟的研究报道,对艾烟的成分及安全性两方面进行概述,以期为人们科学认识艾烟提供依据。Moxibustion therapy has a history of thousands of years in China,and its clinical application and daily health care has been expanded due to its simple and effective characteristics.However,some reports about the adverse reaction of moxa smoke have aroused widespread concern in recent years,which has hindered the promotion and application of moxibustion to a certain extent.The safety evaluation of moxa smoke has become one of the important factors in the development of moxibustion therapy.The author combed the research reports on moxa smoke in recent years,and summarized the effects of moxa smoke from the two aspects of its components and safety,in order to provide a basis for people to scientifically understand moxa smoke.
