摘　　要：目的:采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)联用技术,对飞龙掌血水提液中生物碱类成分进行系统分析。方法:采用(+)ESI-TOF MS-IDA-PI采集模式,0.1%甲酸水-乙腈的流动相系统进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.2 mL/min,柱温为30℃。通过高分辨MS、MS/MS谱分析及其裂解反应解析、数据库检索、对照品比对相结合,系统分析飞龙掌血水提液中生物碱类成分。结果:从飞龙掌血水提液中分析鉴定出生物碱类成分44个,主要包括苄基四氢异喹啉类、阿朴菲类、苯菲啶类等,其中27个成分为首次在该植物中发现。结论:LC-MS/MS联用技术可作为飞龙掌血水提液生物碱类化学成分分析的有效手段。Objective:To conduct a systematic qualitative analysis of alkaloids constituents in the aqueous extract of Toddalia asiatica by LC-MS/MS technology.Methods:Data were collected in(+)ESI-TOF MS-IDA-PI acquisition mode with gradient elution of 0.1%formic acid-acetonitrile solution system.Flow rate was set at 0.2 mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.Then MS data,MS/MS data and cleavage reaction were systematically analyzed combining with database matching and chemical reference substances.Results:There were 44 compounds identified from the aqueous extract of Toddalia asiatica,mainly including benzyltetrahydroisoquinolines,aporphines,benzophenanthridines,notably,27 of which were discovered for the first time in this plant.Conclusion:LC-MS/MS technology is an effective means for the characterization of alkaloids in aqueous extract of Toddalia asiatica.
