摘 要:目的:精准模拟艾灸燃烧发射光谱。方法:首先使用热电偶和红外热像仪研究了艾灸的燃烧特征。通过燃烧合成及放电等离子烧结法制备了Mg-ZrO_(2)/石墨烯复合陶瓷块体。结果:艾条燃烧过程中,芯部温度为736℃,外表工作温度约为470℃,内外部温差约270℃;发射光谱的峰值波长为3.98μm。将Mg-ZrO_(2)/石墨烯块体加热到与艾灸表面燃烧温度相同的温度时,其在3~14μm波段具有大于0.7的高发射率,且其发射光谱的峰值波长与点燃的艾条非常接近。结论:将Mg-ZrO_(2)/石墨烯块体作为发射光源关键材料用于智能电子艾灸仪中,可实现对艾灸燃烧发射光谱的精准模拟。Objective:To ccurately simulate the emission spectrum of moxibustion combustion.Methods:Firstly,the combustion characteristics of moxibustion were studied with thermocouple and infrared thermal imaging camera.The Mg-ZrO_(2)/graphene composite ceramic block was prepared by combustion synthesis and spark plasma sintering.Results:During the burning process of moxa stick the internal temperature was 736℃;the external working temperature was about 470℃;the temperature difference between inside and outside was about 270℃;the wavelength corresponding to the peak of the emission spectrum was 3.98μm.When the Mg-ZrO_(2)/graphene block was heated to the same temperature as the surface burning temperature of the moxibustion,it exhibited a high emissivity greater than 0.7 in the 3-14μm band,and the wavelength corresponding to the peak of its emission spectrum was very close to that of the ignited moxa stick.Conclusion:Using Mg-ZrO_(2)/graphene block as the key material of the emission light source in the intelligent electronic moxibustion instrument can achieve accurate simulation of the emission spectrum of moxibustion combustion.
